EXCLUSIVE: Fardeen Khan shares excitement on working with Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh in Housefull 5; calls them ‘lucky charms’

Fardeen Khan has recently made his comeback to the film industry since his last film Dulha Mil Gaya in 2010. The actor marked his presence in the Sanjay Leela Bhasali’s period drama series ‘Heeramandi’ in 2024 on Netflix. Khan also made his OTT debut in Kookie Gulati directed, Visfot, also starring Riteish Deshmukh released on JioCinema. He also made his theatrical release in Khel Khel Mein with Akshay Kumar.

In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Fardeen Khan talks about working with Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh, calls them his lucky charms. He also revealed that he will be seen in Housefull 5 with both of them, releasing on 6th June 2025.

Fardeen Khan says “Akshay and Riteish both are my lucky charms. I made my film theatrical return with Akshay, someone I worked before in Heyy Baby and an OTT film debut with Riteish, so both are lucky for me.”

Khan further adds, ” My next release will be in Housefull 5 with the both, Akshay and Riteish. There are other actors in that too. I have deep respect an love for both of them. I have worked with both, early in my career. And with Riteish, he is someone I am very close to now and I am missing him here today. Its been a pleasure to work with him today. We both has been a part of roles that people wouldn’t have want to see us in. It was new for us too. We both have tried bringing our bet to the screens.”
